The intelligent encoder is composed high resolution encoder, FPGA and RAM in this report. The encoder is a hybrid of increment and abusolute. The resolution of increment is 15 bits(32767 pulses) and the resolution of absolute is 8 bits(255 pulses.) The maximum scanning frequency is 800[kHz].
